Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive work environment and supporting company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Organize engagement activities and team-building events.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

4. Performance Management:

  • Assist in conducting performance appraisals and reviews.
  • Support managers in goal-setting and feedback sessions.

5. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage leaves, attendance, and benefits programs.

6. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
