Urgently Hiring HR Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As an HR Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across various disciplines within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with staff to understand the technical requirements of each role.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track hiring metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical training institutions, and professional groups to create a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to understand the skills required for current and future roles.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to assist in decision-making related to compensation and recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate job offers and extend employment offers to selected candidates.
  • Promote the company’s culture and employer brand to attract top technical talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruiting for technical roles, including but not limited to software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, software development practices, and the technical skill sets required for various positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn about new technologies and assess technical candidates.
  • Experience using recruiting tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-growing or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment marketing tools and techniques.
  • Working experience of ZOHO CRM and ODOO
