Human Resource Recruitment Officer

Are you passionate about finding the right talent and helping build strong teams? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment within the same industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, etc.)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job roles and requirements
• Use job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent acquisition
• Maintain candidate databases and reports
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Handle basic HR operational tasks such as documentation, onboarding support, attendance tracking, and coordination with internal departments

Requirement:

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in the same industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
