Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the deployment and operation of the HRMS.
· Manage system configurations, security, and access controls.
· Ensure accurate migration of HR data from manual records to the digital platform.
· Train HR staff on system functionalities and best practices.
· Coordinate with IT and vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.
· Generate reports and dashboards for workforce analysis and compliance tracking.
· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
· Support future integration with the Complaint Management System.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in HR systems management or digital transformation projects.
· Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
· Proficiency in HR software, databases, and cloud-based solutions.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and training abilities.
