Insights Analyst

Job Description

Meezan Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Insights Analyst with at least 2 years of experience. The role involves analyzing data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s preferred from an HEC-recognized institution; Islamic Finance qualifications are an advantage. Strong analytical, MS Office, and communication skills are essential. The role includes preparing reports, identifying trends and anomalies, and supporting data-driven decisions while collaborating with multiple departments. The candidate must be able to work independently, manage large datasets, and transform data into meaningful insights aligned with the bank’s objectives for the Service Quality Department.

Responsibilities
 

• Evaluating customer satisfaction through complaint resolution feedback.
• Achieving monthly call targets efficiently and effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with call scripts and handling procedures.
• Analyzing survey and research data to prepare reports and recommendations.
