R&D Officer

Job Description

We are looking for an R&D officer at N. A. Enterprises to support research and development activities focused on product innovation and enhancement.

The officer will ensure laboratory processes align with company quality standards through meticulous record keeping, sample preparation, and routine testing.

You are expected to safely operate laboratory equipment and maintain adherence to labeling and storage protocols for raw materials and samples. The position emphasizes precise data collection and reporting, enabling timely decision-making and continuous improvement in product development and formulation efforts. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential to manage the team and support senior staff in achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities
 

• Assist in product sampling, preparation, and conducting laboratory trials to test new and existing formulations.
• Perform routine research and development experiments, testing, and data analysis following established procedures.
• Support the enhancement and development of products, providing technical input throughout the trial phases.
• Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records, including test reports, sample information, and technical documentation.
• Prepare samples for internal evaluations, customer submissions, and ongoing stability studies ensuring quality control standards.
• Ensure correct handling, precise labeling, and proper storage of raw materials and product samples to maintain integrity.
• Operate laboratory equipment safely and efficiently, performing regular maintenance and calibration as required.
• Assist senior research and development personnel with data collection, reporting, and project management activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Conduct sensory evaluation tests to gather qualitative data for product development and improvement decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address product challenges and implement process improvements based on experimental results.
