Heels Shoes is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Data Entry Executive to join our team. This position requires accuracy and efficiency in managing and updating supply chain records to support smooth operations within our organization. The role involves entering purchase, stock, and inventory data while ensuring that all information is timely and error-free. The ideal candidate has a good command of Microsoft Excel and other computer operations, understands basic inventory or supply chain processes, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and coordination skills. This role works closely with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain seamless communication and support daily supply chain activities. As a Supply Chain Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate reporting and documentation using Excel and SAP Supply Chain Management software. Your efforts will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of supply chain data management. This entry-level position is excellent for candidates with at least one year of relevant experience looking to grow their expertise in supply chain operations without direct team management responsibilities. Your communication and coordination skills will ensure that different departments stay aligned, helping the company achieve its operational goals effectively.
Responsibilities
 

• Maintain and update supply chain records, databases, and reports with high accuracy.
• Enter purchase orders, stock levels, and inventory data promptly and correctly.
• Coordinate daily with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to gather and verify data.
• Prepare and generate reports using Microsoft Excel to support supply chain analysis and decision-making.
• Use SAP Supply Chain Management software to record and monitor supply chain transactions and statuses.
• Ensure all data entries comply with company standards and are free from errors.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support inventory audits by providing accurate data and documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth data flow across supply chain activities.
• Continuously update knowledge of supply chain best practices and software tools.
