Junior HRBP

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, onboarding new employees, and providing ongoing support throughout the employee life cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard talent for company facilities located in Canada, UAE, Karachi, and Lahore.
- Support the Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) in managing performance, tracking KPIs, and contributing to other strategic HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment and employment practices in the UAE, Canada, and Pakistan.
- Between 4 to 6 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proven conflict resolution capabilities.
