It's all about starting conversations and creating opportunities! As a Lead Generation Specialist, your mission is simple but impactful. Reach out to potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations, and gauge their interest in the world of real estate.

Don’t worry, there’s no selling involved and no customer support. It’s all about engagement, conversation, and building rapport with people who may be interested in real estate opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage: Reach out to potential clients through cold calling and start genuine conversations.
• Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential prospects based on their interest and responses.
• Build Relationships: Create a positive first impression and establish rapport with potential clients.
• Spark Interest: Introduce real estate opportunities and gauge the prospect’s level of interest.
• Qualify: Ask relevant questions to understand whether a prospect could be a potential lead.
• Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of conversations, responses, and lead information.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to new people.
• Confidence to make cold calls and start conversations.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, self motivation, and consistency.
• Ability to work onsite at our office.

No prior sales experience required. We’re looking for communication skills, confidence, and the willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
