We're Hiring: Lead Generation Associate | Organbyte IT Solutions
 

We're growing our business development team and looking for a driven, AI-fluent professional to own our outbound lead generation — sourcing clients for digital, automation & AI builds across healthcare, retail, wellness, real estate, and supply chain.

Level: Fresh – 1 year · Location: Karachi (DHA) · Hybrid / In-person

The Offer
 

• Base salary: PKR 35,000/month
• Uncapped commission on collected revenue, tiered by deal size
• Paid on cash collected, across project milestones — close more, earn more

What You'll Do
 

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients (local & international) using AI-assisted research and enrichment tools
• Run structured, multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold/VoIP channels
• Use AI to draft, personalize, and A/B test outreach sequences at scale — while keeping messaging human and industry-specific
• Build and manage prospect pipelines in CRM and book qualified meetings
• Speak credibly to prospects about ROI across our service tiers (Simple / Compound / Complex)
• Work directly with the founder team to move deals forward

Who We're Looking For
 

• 0–1 year in lead generation, B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or outreach
• AI-savvy: hands-on with AI prospecting tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Apollo, Clay, or similar) for list building, enrichment, and copy — and quick to adopt new tools
• Strong written and spoken English; confident communicator comfortable initiating conversations
• Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Bonus: CRM tools, healthcare/tech markets, or international B2B experience
