About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help fuel our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients for our services. This remote, commission-based role is ideal for individuals who excel in a performance-driven environment and are passionate about digital outreach, sales, and fostering meaningful business relationships.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your success will be measured by the quality and volume of leads generated and the resulting conversions. You will play a key role in driving our client acquisition process, helping the sales and marketing teams connect with the right prospects at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social channels
• Initiate contact with leads via email, LinkedIn, and other digital outreach methods
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand off high-quality prospects to the sales team
• Maintain and manage lead lists, ensuring accurate data entry and status updates
• Use CRM tools to track outreach activities, responses, and outcomes
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead quality and campaign strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new lead generation opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or digital outreach (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM software, email tools, and LinkedIn outreach strategies
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential leads
• A basic understanding of software development or digital services is a plus
