Our client Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a Logistics Team Leader - Light Transport Vehicle Operations in Karachi

As an LTV Driver at Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, you take full ownership of driving tasks while supervising a team to maintain efficient delivery and transportation schedules. Your strong understanding of vehicle basics and adherence to operating procedures contribute to smooth logistics operations. Punctuality, professionalism, and a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance will be essential in supporting daily business functions and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Drive company Light Transport Vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate and ensure timely and accurate pick-up, drop-off, and delivery operations as per schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure operational safety.
• Supervise and lead a team of 10 drivers, providing training, support, and monitoring compliance with standards.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to management for immediate resolution.
• Keep all driving-related documents, including licenses and vehicle registrations, valid and up to date.
• Plan and optimize routes based on a strong familiarity with Karachi and surrounding areas, especially Port Qasim.
• Promote and enforce safety measures for the team and vehicle to minimize risks during transportation.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes.
• Maintain punctuality and professional conduct at all times to represent the company positively.
