Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled MIS Executive with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities to oversee data management, reporting, and analytical processes. The ideal candidate possesses three years of relevant experience and the ability to generate insightful business reports and dashboards that aid leadership decision-making. This role includes managing a small team focused on delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive MIS outputs by leveraging deep knowledge of Excel functions and data handling tools. The MIS Executive coordinates with various departments to collect and validate data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information across operational workflows. Expertise in data analysis, report automation, and process improvement is crucial to optimize reporting efficiency. The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and be adept at managing large datasets through advanced Excel techniques such as Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and formula optimization. Familiarity with Power Query, VBA, and Macros is advantageous to enhance reporting capabilities further.
Responsibilities
 

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of data ensuring error-free datasets for analysis.
• Develop and maintain professional Excel dashboards and reporting formats to visualize key business metrics.
• Create and automate reports utilizing advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX & MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS.
• Design and implement Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to facilitate comprehensive data analysis.
• Apply conditional formatting and data validation techniques to improve the readability and quality of reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data while promoting data security standards.
• Generate performance reports and deliver actionable insights to management for informed decision making.
• Continuously improve existing MIS processes through automation and integration of advanced Excel tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection aligned with business needs.
• Supervise and guide a small team member, providing assistance and ensuring quality delivery of MIS tasks.
