Operations Executive

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to manage and optimize daily banking operations within our Karachi branch. This role involves overseeing transaction processing, supporting customer service activities, and ensuring efficient coordination across internal departments. The candidate will play a critical part in maintaining operational integrity and compliance with banking procedures while leading a small team of one person to achieve smooth and effective workflow. The ideal professional will bring a solid understanding of process optimization, operational risk management, and risk mitigation strategies to enhance overall branch performance. The Operations Executive will serve as a key support resource by maintaining accurate records, preparing regular operational reports, and addressing customer queries promptly to uphold high service standards. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree along with at least five years of relevant banking or operational experience. Strong communication and organizational capabilities are essential to facilitate seamless operations and foster collaborative relationships internally and externally. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges while ensuring adherence to established banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
 

• Oversee daily branch and operational activities to ensure efficient processing and service delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of one, providing guidance and support to optimize operational workflow.
• Process transactions accurately while ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to facilitate seamless operational processes.
• Maintain detailed records of all operational activities and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
• Implement and enforce compliance with all banking procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational risk reduction to enhance branch performance.
• Monitor operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues proactively.
• Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and improvements in banking services.
• Ensure excellent communication with customers and team members to maintain smooth operational functions.
