Job Description

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a meticulous and organized Senior Officer - Corporate Benefits Operations to oversee the daily operational functions and documentation management within the corporate benefits department. This role demands a candidate with a strong focus on compliance management, reporting, and maintaining regulatory standards to ensure smooth business workflows. The individual will be responsible for managing both physical and digital filing systems, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and supporting timely completion of operational tasks. Effective coordination with various departments is essential to deliver seamless service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. This role does not involve team management but requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams to meet deadlines and uphold company standards. A background in business administration or related fields with up to one year of relevant experience is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to work quickly and collaboratively are also vital to success in this position.
Responsibilities
 

  • Review incoming and outgoing corporate benefits documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure all documents are up-to-date, properly classified, and easily accessible for audit and operational purposes.
  • Track timelines rigorously to guarantee that all required paperwork is completed and submitted before deadlines, preventing any operational delays or compliance issues.
  • Assist management with daily operational duties including coordination of activities, follow-up on pending tasks, and support for documentation-related workflows.
  • Handle data entry tasks promptly and precisely, maintaining data integrity throughout all stages of documentation processing and reporting.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth documentation exchange, resolve discrepancies, and ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to corporate benefits operations, highlighting key metrics and compliance status to aid decision-making and transparency.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory compliance requirements to minimize risk and ensure all corporate benefits operations meet legal and organizational standards.
  • Continuously improve filing and reporting processes by adopting digital tools and organizational best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills by providing clear and timely updates to management and team members on the status of operational tasks and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of corporate benefits policies, procedures, and regulations to provide knowledgeable support within the department.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize responsibilities and handle multiple demands without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of documentation processes to identify errors or gaps and implement corrective actions swiftly to uphold operational integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards in handling sensitive corporate information across all documentation and communication channels.
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing required documents, responding to information requests, and providing clear documentation trails.
