Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities within the IT hardware industry. The ideal candidate will coordinate with international customers and suppliers, ensure smooth order processing, maintain service-level agreements (SLAs), and provide excellent communication support across multiple channels including email, live chat, and phone.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with global customers and suppliers through email, phone calls, and live chat.
  • Ensure all orders, quotations, and customer inquiries are responded to within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain and update customer catalogs, pricing lists, product specifications, and End-of-Life (EOL) product information.
  • Handle customer and supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Utilize search tools, browsers, and email management features for operational tasks and communication tracking.
  • Attach and manage documentation, quotations, and operational files in correspondence.
  • Identify operational issues, escalate them to relevant departments, and follow up until resolution.
  • Update internal databases with customer, supplier, and order status changes.
  • Monitor workflow processes to ensure smooth business operations and timely execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, customer support, coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and email communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in rotating or evening shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Experience in a call center environment or IT hardware industry will be preferred.
