HIRING: RECRUITER

Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a Recruiter based in Karachi

Should be able to:

- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Create social media job ads.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Must have:

- 2 years of experience in recruitment

- Proven track record of successful placements.

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
