Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in managing customer documentation, quotations, invoicing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue advance letters as required.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations using Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
  • Edit and update Delivery Challans (DCs), including client name, project details, time-in, TM number, driver name, and other required information.
  • Maintain and update client profiles and records.
  • Coordinate client payment settlements for non-tax transactions.
  • Attach all relevant supporting documents with invoices before submission.
  • Maintain proper filing and record management of invoices and sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and other departments to ensure timely processing of sales documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales records and documentation.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
