Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our logistics and freight services including air, sea, and land freight.

 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding
• Sell Air Freight, Sea Freight & Road Freight services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate rates
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and clients
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field ✔ 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales ✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills ✔ Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents & logistics process ✔ Ability to work independently and meet targets ✔ Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
