1. Sales & Outreach Executive (CloudxBPO)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to U.S. and international prospects
• Manage discovery calls, proposals, and client follow-ups
• Communicate fluently in American or British accent
• Provide basic customer support during the sales cycle
• Update leads in CRM and collaborate with delivery teams

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Prior BPO / SaaS sales or outreach experience preferred
• Comfortable with cold calls, Upwork, LinkedIn outreach
• Self-driven and target-oriented
