We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to help drive new business and increase revenue through effective lead conversion and upselling.

Role Overview:

As a Web Design and Development Campaign Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into sales and upsell our web design and development services to both new and existing clients. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help create and execute targeted campaigns, while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to warm and cold leads via phone, email, and social media.
Qualify leads and identify client needs to present tailored web design and development solutions.
Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the value of our services.
Upsell additional services, such as SEO, website maintenance, and digital marketing.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently sell our services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure lead generation campaigns are effective.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in web design and development, digital marketing, or a similar industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
Experience working with cold calls, email campaigns, and lead generation.
Knowledge of web design and development services is preferred, but not required.
