Responsibilities

  • Communicate with employers, insurance companies, medical centers via phone, email and fax to retrieve records related to workers compensation cases.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Subpoena/authorization/attestation and legal issues.
  • Work with internal departments to meet client's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


 

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
