URGENTELY HIRING: Senior Event Planner | (Karachi | DHA Office)

Team Prodigi, a rapidly growing event management and giveaways company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Senior Event Planner | Event Management & Giveaways. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
• Drive event planning, on-site coordination, and seamless execution of event setups.
• Handle purchasing and sourcing of giveaways, maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and the team to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Handle some of your own clients and for some clients provide operational assistance to the Manager Client Services, including planning and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in event management or client servicing.
• Punctuality and taking ownership is a must
• A self-starter with a passion for client services and event execution.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel and manage on-site event setups.
