Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Karachi, for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media marketing strategies, managing platforms, and optimizing performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO). The role includes creating engaging content, implementing content strategies, analyzing insights for decision-making, and supporting the brand’s online presence with consistent communication and updates.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop and curate compelling content for digital platforms
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and audience, ensuring brand consistency
• Experience with social media analytics tools to evaluate performance and drive improvements
• Organizational and project management skills to oversee campaigns and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of real estate or experience with property management is a plus
