About the Role

We are hiring a driven and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team remotely. This role demands strong sourcing skills, high-volume recruitment capability, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be responsible for closing 10 positions per month by consistently sourcing 6–9 qualified and shortlisted candidates daily. The role also includes lead generation for building future candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist 6–9 candidates daily using various job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and closing positions.
• Meet monthly hiring target of 10 successful closures across different verticals.
• Coordinate with internal teams/hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate insights.
• Generate leads and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and screening methods.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Prior experience working in a remote setup is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.
• Must have good internet connection and Laptop / PC
