Sales Planning and Execution
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in expanding the customer base.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Support the team in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Coordination and Collaboration
• Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales goals.
• Liaise with product and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.
