Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Executive, based in Karāchi with flexibility for some remote work. The executive will be responsible for managing sales territories, building relationships with clients and retailers, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, driving customer acquisition, and maintaining strong customer service relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Ability to analyze market trends and create effective territory management strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with grooming products or retail experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
