Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations with a focus on effective inventory management and compliance with safety standards. 

Responsibilities
 

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4–7 years of experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Aerosol industries.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material issuance.
✅ Manage inventory using ERP systems and FIFO/FEFO practices.
✅ Conduct stock counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
✅ Lead warehouse staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safe handling of hazardous materials.
✅ Prepare operational reports and support internal/external audits.

Requirements:
✔ 4–7 years of relevant warehouse supervision experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory control, ERP systems, and warehouse operations.
✔ Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
