Customer Sales Executive (Experienced – Clothing Brand)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Sales Executive with a strong background in the clothing and fashion industry. The ideal candidate should be able to handle customer inquiries professionally, provide complete product guidance, process orders efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other communication channels.
• Provide complete guidance to customers regarding products, sizes, fabrics, pricing, availability, and order procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Generate sales by assisting customers throughout their buying journey.
• Receive, confirm, and accurately place customer orders.
• Process orders in the system and coordinate with the warehouse and packing team.
• Ensure timely order dispatch and keep customers updated on their order status.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order details.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Sales Executive or Customer Support Representative.
• Experience in the clothing, fashion, or retail industry is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
• Experience in order placement, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer conversations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems.
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong sales skills.
