Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize employee personnel files, provide support during HR audits by gathering necessary documentation. Draft and issue HR letters, such as Transfers, Relocations, Account opening, employment verification and reference letters. Track and manage employee attendance, addressing issues as needed and other task given by the supervisor.
Qualifications: At least Intermediate or Completed A levels.
Experience: Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus. (Freshies can also apply)
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
