Manager Employee Relations and Recruitment

We are currently seeking ideal and enthusiastic profiles for the position of center HR at Aptech
Sharah e Faisal branch. This position is categorized into two segments.

Recruitment:

• An ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring the SFC branch and FSO including:
• Preparing Job Requisitions for the hiring of new staff and job postings on different recruitment portals.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews and finalize shortlisted candidates.
• Keeping up with employee Documentation at the time of Hiring and verification
• Update HR Portal record of all new Hiring
• Participating in Career Fairs held in Aptech and different Universities
• Maintaining Employees’ data
• Conduct orientations and policy induction after onboarding.

Employee Relations:

• We also are looking for
• Resolve Employee Grievances
• Verifying Employee Attendance Request and Late against Leave Enquiries
• Conduct and participate in training programs, and events, and update events on HR Portal.
• Conduct clearance and exit interviews of resigned staff
• Preparing MIS / daily reports for Management
• Checking regularity and punctuality, issuing Warning Letter, showcase notices, and absconding letters.
• Update portal record of all new Hiring
• Conduct and participate in training programs
• Participate in staff events and update events in HR Portal
• Conduct clearance and exit interviews of resigned staff
• Perform other duties as and when required by the Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum graduate in BBA or Masters from a reputable institute or university
• At least 1 year of experience in each domain
• Good communication skills
• Must have basic knowledge of MS Office
• Must be presentable
