Sanaullah & Co., a leading tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is seeking a professional and competent, result driven and self-motivated Human Resource Intern (Female) to assist in executing day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Support the onboarding process of new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction coordination.
Help in drafting and formatting HR documents such as job descriptions, offer letters, and employee records.
Maintain and update HR data in the Human Resource Information System (Odoo) and physical files.
Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and assist in routine administrative support.
Participate in HR projects related to performance management, training, and policy updates.
Nice To Have
Familiarity with HRIS software or Odoo HR Module.
Understanding of basic HR functions like recruitment, payroll, employee relations, or learning & development.
Interest in organizational psychology, workplace culture, or HR analytics.
