Job Title:

HR Officer – Operations & Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll through FlowHCM, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in the HR system.
  • Manage HR operational activities such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including payroll summaries, headcount, and attrition.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Assist in audits and internal reviews by providing required HR/payroll data.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, deductions, and benefits.
  • Support HR team in performance management and other operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations and payroll processing.
  • Hands-on experience with FlowHCM software is a Plus.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent MS Excel and HRIS skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
