Job Description

We are  seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Recruitment Assistant to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals based in Pakistan with strong English proficiency and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our recruitment operations, you'll support our hiring processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Screening: Review and assess resumes from platforms like Indeed and internal databases to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage candidate interviews, ensuring timely communication and calendar alignment.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit & Workerly) with candidate information, notes, and status updates.
  • Database Management: Develop and curate a list of "HOT" candidates—those highly qualified and readily available for placement.
  • Administrative Support: Assist applicants with the registration process, ensure accurate data entry, and uphold office policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Respond to candidate inquiries, providing clear and professional assistance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Daily Reporting: Document daily tasks and progress in Notion to maintain transparency and track performance.

Daily Tasks

  1. Screen candidates on Indeed for Employers.
  2. Follow up with previously contacted candidates regarding upcoming positions.
  3. Ensure all new resumes and applicants are added to our ATS with relevant notes on availability and skills.
  4. Update Notion with completed tasks to track daily progress.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or administrative roles is a plus.
