HR OFFICER

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain personnel records in the HRIS.
  • Manage end-to-end EOBI and SESSI processes.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee health and life insurance, including enrollment updates, premium calculations, card distribution, renewals, claims handling, and coordination with insurance company representatives while maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage core HR operations including employee life cycle, medical and licensing compliance, and provide payroll support.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in HR with 2 -3 years of hands-on experience in the area of HR Operations.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills along with good command over MS Office especially MS Excel.

Job Details

Duty Timings: Monday to Friday – 9AM – 5:30PM

Alternate Saturdays – 8:30AM to 1:30PM
