Sales Officer (Fresh Graduate)

Role Description

Conducting, coordinating, and planning sales visits to end-users e.g. healthcare staff, hospital based staff(administration) and doctors.
Create the medical consumables & disposables demands from various all relevant department e.g. OT, ICU, CCU and ER and develop sales prospects with them.
Keep accurate daily records of client visits and their responses to those visits. Maintain feedback forms.
Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and biomedical using FAB techniques.
Conduct market research to uncover sales opportunities and assess consumer requirements using SPIN techniques.
Schedule meetings with KOL for HOD and establish pre-working.
Prepare and deliver relevant product and service presentations.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations and maintain customer feedback forms.
Ensure that stock is available for sales and demonstrations and supplies regularly.
Handle complaints or objections while negotiating/closing deals.
Work together with team members to improve results
Collect customer or prospect feedback and share it with management.
Deliver the products/items that the clients have requested.
Collecting client payments, reconciling them in the accounts and maintain the outstanding and credit facility.
Educations: Candidates having a Bachelors Degree,

Experience: Minimum: Fresh or 6 months of relevant experience in Health Care Sector.

Conveyance: Must have own bike
