1. Identify and research potential tenders and opportunities within relevant sectors, focusing on maximizing business growth.
2. Prepare and submit comprehensive tender and prequalification documents for government bodies, private institutions, hospitals, and armed forces, ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications and requirements.
3. Manage online submissions through platforms such as EPADS and other relevant portals and collaborate with regional sales teams, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, comprehensive and submitted within deadlines.
4. Work closely with management to secure competitive pricing and rate approvals, ensuring the company's offerings align with market trends and client requirements.
5. Maintain an organized database of current and past tender submissions, tracking the status and outcome of each tender to ensure follow-up actions are taken where necessary.
6. Serve as a point of contact for clients and service agents, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled according to the specifications, for strong client relationships.
7. Oversee the timely delivery of tender documents to designated destinations, ensuring that all documents are submitted in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
8. Prepare and submit quotations for government and private sector institutions based on inputs from the sales team, maintaining accurate records of all company quotations.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, procurement regulations, and relevant market dynamics within the healthcare distribution sector to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
10. Utilize email marketing to send product details, catalogues, and updates via WhatsApp broadcasts, confirm orders and payments, and provide real-time support to drive repeat sales.
