Job Title: Call Center Sales Associate

Job Summary: A Call Center Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels. They play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving issues, and meeting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, or engage in live chats to assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, or requests.

Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the call center's database for reference and reporting purposes.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to established call center protocols, including call scripts, performance metrics, and quality standards.

Sales and Up-Selling: Depending on the role, cross-sell or up-sell products or services to customers when opportunities arise.

Multi-Channel Support: Handle customer communication through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.

Time Management: Manage call volume efficiently while providing exceptional service to customers.

Feedback: Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and contribute to the overall improvement of the call center.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a college degree).
  • Must Have Prior Real Estate Experience of some sort.
  • MUST be fluent in English, with British or American Accent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or up-selling skills may be required for some roles.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours may vary depending on the call center's operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Training may be provided to ensure familiarity with products, services, and call center procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
