Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Based Sales Executive located in Karachi Division. The Chat Based Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through online chat platforms, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate product or service recommendations. Daily tasks include managing multiple chat conversations, addressing customer queries in real-time, maintaining detailed logs of customer interactions, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer requirements, and a proactive approach to closing sales.

Qualifications

Strong written communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a professional manner
Experience in using chat platforms and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
