Senior Business Analyst - eCommerce Industry

Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst at The Company, you will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, develop strategic insights, and ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
Assist in the development and execution of business strategies in line with company goals.
Train and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
