Accounts Receivable Associate

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate who’s highly proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and Transaction Pro — these are must-haves for this role.

If reconciling sales data from Shopify, Stripe, and Amazon is second nature to you, and Excel is your playground, this might be your perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and importing order data from DTC, B2B, and Amazon platforms
Processing payouts, fees, and returns from Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and Amazon
Creating and sending client invoices
Performing payment reconciliations and issuing credit memos
Supporting collections, chargebacks, and AR reporting

What You Must Have:

Advanced Excel skills — VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are essential
Proven experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and Transaction Pro
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
Exposure to retail clients like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, or Target is a plus
Extreme attention to detail and data accuracy

Applicants will be required to take an advanced Excel assessment as part of the screening process.
