Credit Risk Officer

Job Description

We are seeking applications for the position of Credit Risk Officer. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

• Selection of Borrowers appraisal on risk-based Post-disbursement review of loans randomly chosen of risk profile on a sampling basis and cross-check with the loan file to check its completeness and correctness.
• Review & analyze PAR at the region level & branch level in terms of Product Concentration, Gender Concentration, PAR at Product Level, Loan Officer-wise on a quarterly basis, and give recommendations/suggestions to mitigate it. and assisting branch credit managers in managing the credit risk on a particular branch.
• Receiving the documents from the business department via on email / Electronic Loan Application and vetting them according to organizational policy and procedure, and ensuring timely processing.
• Ensure the character, willingness, and eligibility of the Borrower and the default history from CIB.
• Risk assessment of credit cases in terms of Cash flows, Repayment Capacity, CIB, information consistency, and other risk criteria as per a detailed checklist.
• Visit of borrowers to check the Business and another risk aspect of the selected client to confirm ownership, assess character, assess business capacity & highlight Potential risks involved
• Ensuring that the credit risk is fully understood and are performed in an efficient and effective manner.
• The appraised situation on a problem loan is randomly chosen, based on the risk profile.
• Any other task assigned by Management.
