Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-C & Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi, Pakistan

 

Shift Timings:

- 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM

- 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM

- 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Job Requirements:

- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. We encourage candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for learning.

- English Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to engage international customers effectively.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities to handle inquiries and provide effective solutions.

- Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and customer service tools is a plus.
