We are looking for dynamic, results-driven professionals to join our team and play a crucial role in enrollment management and student success.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Enrollment Management – Engage with prospective students, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the right courses.

2. Student Query Handling – Address administrative concerns related to enrollment, payments, access, and other student lifecycle matters.

3. Communication & Follow-Ups – Proactively reach out via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

4. CRM & Process Adherence – Maintain accurate student records, follow structured sales funnels, and optimize response times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage, convince, and build trust with students.

2. Sales-driven mindset; experience in sales, customer support, or student advisory roles is a plus.

3. Process-oriented and tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email management tools.

4. Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently and work well under pressure.

5. Passion for education and student success, with a focus on structured processes and systems.
