We’re looking for a Client Support Executive who’s passionate about technology and eager to deliver exceptional service. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—supporting them with product inquiries, onboarding new clients, and helping shape a seamless customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver consistent, high-quality support to our B2B clients.
Monitor and manage the Zendesk support queue, ensuring timely responses to incoming tickets and proactive follow-ups on pending issues.
Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance to users, helping them navigate and utilize our software effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, upholding Spursol’s commitment to exceptional service.
Lead client onboarding sessions and conduct post-sale training to ensure a smooth transition and product adoption.
Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles and support documentation for new features and product updates.
Handle inbound support calls, accurately log issues, and escalate technical concerns to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Identify recurring customer challenges, share feedback and insights with internal stakeholders, and contribute ideas for improving the overall customer experience.


Experience:

• Fresh to 1 year experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

• Should be able to work in night shift.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, or Business Administration or related field.

• Strong academic record demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for technology and a genuine interest in the software industry
