Key Responsibilities:
Sizing Expertise & Customer Support:
Assist customers in selecting the perfect size based on their body measurements and our size charts.
Follow-up & Implementation:
Track and keep follow ups on assigned tasks via the company dashboard.
Fit Checks & Product Audits:
Conduct fit checks to ensure our products provide comfort and correct sizing.
Assist in product audits to maintain quality and consistency across the product line.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Passion for fashion, apparel, and customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Good communication skills for effective coordination with teams.
Basic understanding of measurements and body proportions is a plus.
