We are a fast-growing US-based BPO staffing company dedicated to connecting exceptional remote talent with businesses across various industries in the United States. We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Representative with strong communication skills and proven experience in the BPO or staffing industry to help expand our US client base. This role suits a self-driven professional who thrives working independently in either a remote or onsite environment and possesses a solid understanding of outsourcing and remote work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads in the US market using outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients seeking remote staffing solutions.
- Engage with key decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Present our BPO staffing services confidently and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Schedule and conduct discovery and onboarding calls with prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the BPO, outsourcing, or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a remote or international sales environment.
- Experience working with US-based clients is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing and staffing models, along with remote work culture.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a remote or onsite setup.
- Fluency in English and at least 3 years of sales experience in outsourcing or staffing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Full-time position based onsite at our office located off Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi.
- Working hours are aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) evening/night shift.
- Competitive salary range between Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month.
