Accounts & Inventory Operator

Job Description

Unicon International Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Accounts & Inventory Operator to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with proven experience in data entry and inventory management. As an Accounts & Inventory Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing invoices, and ensuring stock control aligns with company standards. You will work with ERP software and MS Office tools to manage daily administrative and accounting tasks efficiently. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality are critical for success. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring at least two years of relevant experience. The position focuses on supporting the accounting and inventory control functions by executing precise data entry, managing stock records, and handling invoice processing with accuracy. Although this role does not involve managing a team, effective communication and collaboration across departments are essential to maintain seamless operational workflows. The candidate must demonstrate excellent typing speed, accuracy, and strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation to ensure the integrity of all documentation processed.
Responsibilities
 

· Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits

· Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry

· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

· Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

· Apply data program techniques and procedures

· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
