Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team, supporting operations within the real estate industry. This role focuses on providing essential administrative and operational assistance that ensures seamless workflow across departments. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in operations support, executive assistance, administration, project management, or corporate roles, showcasing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This position is based in DHA, Karachi, and includes both in-office and work-from-home shifts to maintain operational coverage efficiently. The Operations Executive will also manage and guide a small team of one person, ensuring smooth daily business processes and effective task tracking. This leadership aspect requires the ability to monitor task progress, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The role demands a Bachelors degree from a reputable university and combines operational expertise with effective coordination and communication skills to maintain a productive working environment in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities
 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Executive to facilitate efficient business operations.
  • Coordinate activities and communications across various departments to ensure workflows remain smooth and deadlines are met.
  • Track progress on assigned tasks, follow up on outstanding issues, and monitor deadlines to maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, documentation, and detailed operational reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate relevant materials, and assist in follow-up actions based on discussions and outcomes.
  • Facilitate process documentation efforts and support compliance with operational standards and policies.
  • Monitor operational task progress diligently, escalating delays or issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary.
  • Maintain organized data, trackers, and reporting systems to streamline reporting and operational transparency.
  • Provide general operational support across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
  • Handle sensitive operational information with confidentiality and accuracy, safeguarding company data and processes.
  • Support the hiring coordinator in administrative onboarding and related processes for new employees.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal operational reports and presentations that communicate team achievements and challenges.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect required information, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by supporting documentation updates and suggesting operational enhancements.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative and coordination tasks as needed to maintain operational continuity.
  • Lead and manage a team member effectively, distributing tasks and monitoring their timely completion to support overall team objectives.
