Naeem Electronics (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our Accounts department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in accounting and possess strong expertise in financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliation. This role requires overseeing the accurate maintenance of financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency with ERP software such as SAP, coupled with advanced Excel skills to analyze and present financial data effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential to convey financial information to various stakeholders. Qualifications such as ACCA, CA, ACMA, or an MBA with a finance or accounts specialization are required. Experience in the retail industry will be an advantage, helping to bring valuable insight into the business environment at Naeem Electronics (Pvt) Ltd.


Responsibilities
 

  • Manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support business decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of three accounting staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and financial regulations.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer balances to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain accounting systems and procedures, including the effective use of ERP software, such as SAP and Oracle Financials.
  • Analyze financial data using advanced Excel formulas to identify trends, variances, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate reports and financial insights.
  • Communicate financial information clearly and professionally to management and other stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Support audits and work with external auditors to provide required financial documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Stay current with accounting standards and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
